Dung Beetle

Dung Beetle - BIRDS & INSECTS
We have all probably seen the little dung beetle pushing a large ball backwards & upside down, pausing to look whilst standing the right way up to check directions then carrying on, upside down & backwards! However, I didn't know that Dung beetles are found worldwide, on every continent except Antarctica. Some use the balls as food, some use them to lay their eggs in & some choose to live in them.
