Local Ring Necked Parakeet

Very beautiful when caught in sunlight but I find them exceedingly noisy & irritating when gathering in flocks prior to heading off to their overnight roost. I've noticed that like Starlings though, you can almost set your watch for the time they gather at night before heading off to bed!
