Ring Necked Parakeet

Now regarded as a British bird though originally found in the Himalayas.They are very noisy but very beautiful when seen flying in sunlight. There are famous places in London where they roost in great numbers, eg Acton & Wormwood Scrubs. They have spread across the south east & further west.
